[Phenomenon]
We have received a report from the field that an E020 error (stop jam at the exit sensor) or an abnormal noise in the paper exit section has occurred.
We checked the equipment in which this problem occurred and found that the shaft near the bushing of the exit roller was worn.
In addition, we found that black dirt has been generated on the shaft.
